Challenge
Different target websites use wildly different form structures and field naming conventions, making it impossible to apply a one-size-fits-all form submission strategy.
Solution
Built a pattern-recognition engine that analyzes form fields and intelligently maps dynamic templates to varying structures. Used Selenium for scraping and Sidekiq for async form submission and email delivery at scale.
